Nice to be

Hey guys, welcome to my new blog, which hopefully will create an adventure community - Free2Wonder.

In this first post I would like to introduce myself, so you'll get to know me a bit. And as introductions never feel natural, I'm sorry in advance.

My name is Christina (Chris), I'm 28 years old, and I have lived in Tel-Aviv, Israel for most of my life.

I was born in Hungary, but I'm part Russian as well, and I speak fluent Hebrew, Russian and English.

(The Hungarian stayed very basic, since we moved when I was young).

I love languages and cultures and I can also understand some Mandarin, Spanish and Arabic.

These are my most consistent passions in life, and these will probablly be the themes of most of the posts.

In photography, I'm inspired by people and magic, and my favorite themes are portraits and conceptual art.

But I've had my share of commercial photography, in which my favorite is shooting brands for social media.

Yogi is not a very accurate description but I do love to base my movements on yogi principles. I have been an aerial acrobatics and flexibility instructor for 5 years, and I've been practicing yoga and acroyoga for the last 10 years.

Regarding traveling, thanks to my parents I got to travel since I was a baby. My favorite thing is to wonder around in an unfamiliar place and discover its very core.

Luckily I got to visit so many places, and now I also get to travel while I work, which brings me to the next point.

Work & MBA

I work in a full time job and currently I'm studying my MBA diploma, but we do want to keep it adventurous right?

I work in the defense industry, and my job is super interesting and includes working with intelligence organizations and conducting researches and investigations.

My MBA program is a global program in IE Madrid, so most of the program is online but sometimes I need to arrive to the campus.

Free2Wonder

The blog started as idea I had a few years ago, and I didn't have the courage and consistency to keep it alive. So now it is still a dream and a challenge, let's see if I manage to keep it up.
